Liability for Content
The content of our website has been prepared with the utmost care. We cannot, however, assume any liability for it’s being accurate, complete, or up to date.
Pursuant to Section 6 (1) of the Mediendienstestaatsvertrag (Interstate Treaty on Media Services) and Section 8 (1) of the Teledienstengesetz (Teleservices Act), we are, as a service provider, liable under general law for our own content that appears on these pages. Service providers are not, however, obliged to monitor the third-party information transmitted or saved by them or to conduct research into circumstances that would indicate illicit activities. Our obligations to remove or suspend use of information under general law are not affected by this limitation. Liability in this respect is, however, possible only after the point at which we become aware of a concrete violation of law. If we become aware of any such violations of law, we will remove that content immediately.

Our site contains links to external, third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. For that reason, we are also unable to assume any liability for this third-party content. At the time the links were established, the sites linked to were reviewed for possible violations of law. No illegal content was detected at the time the links were established. Permanently monitoring the content of the linked sites is, however, unreasonable without reason to suspect a violation. If we become aware of any violations of law, we will remove such links immediately.
